Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 10bet account balance after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method – JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. If that method is not available, an alternative method may be used at 10bet's discretion. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification as described in Section 2. 10bet aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
Transaction Fees: 10bet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, and 10bet is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment services.
10bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Accounts with suspicious transaction patterns may have withdrawals held pending review. Any funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved.

10bet offers sports betting markets across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, football, esports, and other sports. All bets are subject to the rules of the specific sport and market, as well as these general Terms.
Bet Placement: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmed bet receipt. Bets that have not been confirmed by the system are not valid, regardless of any displayed odds. Odds are subject to change up until the point of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting allows you to place bets during a match or event. 10bet updates in-play odds regularly throughout the event. In-play bets are subject to the same confirmation rules as pre-match bets. During certain periods of an event, in-play betting may be temporarily suspended.
10bet reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits may vary by sport, competition, and market type. Cricket and PSL markets typically carry the highest limits on the Platform. 10bet reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual accounts at its discretion.
10bet's casino section includes slot games, live dealer games, and table games. All casino games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer processes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are provided by the game providers and are available in the game information panel within each title.

Live casino games are streamed from dedicated studios. Connectivity issues on your end do not affect the outcome of a live game round that has already begun. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the request of the account holder, any remaining verified balance will be returned via the registered payment method after standard verification checks.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 10bet support. Account closure requests made under responsible gaming grounds (self-exclusion) take priority and are actioned immediately.
